Contractors: Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Contractor Mode users can now set up two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.

Users are encouraged to enable an authenticator app for one-time passcodes to help ensure reliable access to RMS. A new 2FA module is available in the User Settings menu within Contractor Mode for quick setup.

Construction Management Platform Transition

Intermittent Connectivity Issues - 4/23/2026

RMS is currently experiencing intermittent network degradation. We are working with CEIT to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Intermittent Outages - 10FEB2025

RMS is currently experiencing intermittent outages. The network carrier's cable and construction crew continue their splicing actions on the fourth repair section of the damaged fiber-optic cable span. Additionally, the carrier's representatives have provided an ETR of 15:19 Central today, 11 February 2025.
