Important Message:

Intermittent Connectivity Issues

External RMS users who are not on a GFE are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. We are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Government users are encouraged to notify their contractor counterparts so they are aware of the issue and can plan accordingly. This issue is outside of RMS and is being actively monitored by the appropriate enterprise teams.

Intermittent Outages - 10FEB2025

RMS is currently experiencing intermittent outages. The network carrier's cable and construction crew continue their splicing actions on the fourth repair section of the damaged fiber-optic cable span. Additionally, the carrier's representatives have provided an ETR of 15:19 Central today, 11 February 2025.
